Sun & Moon Intensive: Balancing the Masculine & Feminine Within

When we are internally balanced, we experience a greater sense of ease, centeredness, and fulfillment. It is here, in this harmony, that true joy is found.

Through dynamic yoga postures and breathwork, in this intensive we will balance our masculine and feminine energies to enable them not only to co-exist — but to dance together in harmony.

Think Yin-Yang.

As complete and balanced human beings, we want to cultivate our power, logic, and directness … as well as our creativity, receptivity, openness, and compassion.

Jim & Vincent bring their many years of professional-level yoga training (and extensive experience, educational background, and deep personal practice in the field of health and wellness) to each event they co-facilitate. More than this, they are  both fueled by an authentic passion to awaken within each participant the spark of awareness that he or she is already whole and complete; that he or she will always know the perfect response to every circumstance they encounter.
